Admission Requirements for Accelerated MA Catechetics & Evangelization Program

Apply by completing and submitting an application for the accelerated program (available in the Graduate Admissions Office, Starvaggi Hall) no earlier than the mid-semester date of the second semester of their sophomore year.
Have completed or anticipated to have completed THE 101, THE 110 (CAT 302 is a recommended substitute for this course), CAT 204, and PHL 211 by the end of the first semester of their junior year. Have at least a 3.00 QPA in their undergraduate courses overall.
Determination by the Graduate Admissions Board of the candidate's potential to be successful in graduate studies and be effective and responsible in catechetical ministry. Students will be expected to have experience in a catechetical field before continuing the degree after graduation.
