THE 880 Teaching Assistant Internship
The Teaching Assistant Internship is an opportunity for doctoral students to receive introductory formation, mentorship, and experience in teaching at the college level by assisting a faculty member in teaching a course at the University. The faculty member teaching the course serves as the student’s mentor for the semester. Enrollment in this course requires approval by the PhD Director. Students who successfully complete this course are ordinarily eligible to be considered for approval to enroll subsequently in a teaching internship. This course may be taken multiple times.
