Is an intensive five-week leadership course located at Ft. Lewis, Washington. Students travel at the Army's expense and integrate into groups of 36 students from college and university Military Science & Leadership Programs across the country. Students rotate through leadership positions, supervising their peers through both academic and tactical activities in both garrison and field environments. Students are under leadership evaluation 24 hours a day for the duration of the course. Upon successfully completing the course, students receive a detailed appraisal of their leadership performance and return to their campus programs qualified to enter the MSL-4 Military Science & Leadership courses.
