This course introduces students to engineering and the engineering method. Students will be familiarized with the various engineering subdisciplines. Team oriented design projects will be used to build skills in engineering design and problem solving. Professional communication skills will be developed within this engineering design setting.  The Code of Ethics of the National Society of Professional Engineers will be introduced with applications

EGR 102 Engineering Innovations II

This course complements Engineering Innovation I and aids the introduction of students to engineering and the engineering method. This course will focus on modeling and analysis of engineering systems. Professional communication skills will be developed within this setting of engineering modeling and analysis.

EGR 160 Engineering Analysis

This course continues with material first introduced in Intro to Engineering Innovations II, continuing with coverage of current computer programming languages This course continues with material first introduced in Intro to Engineering Innovations II, continuing with coverage of current computer programming languages and basic statistical methods.
