CSL 630 Advanced Topics in Clinical Mental Health Counseling

This course will present theories and research on the nature and needs of children and adolescents in the context of counseling. Consideration will be given to socio-emotional, intellectual, physical, moral, familial, and spiritual aspects of treatment. Common disorders that occur in this developmental range will be reviewed in conjunction with intervention strategies.
