PSY 310 Motivation and Leadership
Explores foundational theories and contemporary research on human motivation and its role in effective leadership. Students will examine how motivation drives behavior and decision-making, and how leaders can employ motivational principles to inspire, influence, and guide individuals and teams. Key psychological concepts will be applied to real-world leadership contexts, and will include topics such as self-regulation, goal setting, intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, and interpersonal dynamics.
