History Core: AUSTRIA: All students are encouraged to spend a semester in Austria. This semester abroad should be taken during either the second semester of the sophomore year or 2nd semester of the junior year for transfer students. Students should see their advisor for more details.
PHL 113, History Core: HONOR STUDENTS : You will substitute HON 101, HON 102, HON 201, HON 202, HON 301, HON 302, HON 401, HON 402 for the courses indicated. Students going to Austria will be allowed to audit one section except HON 401 or HON 402.

CAT 204: CAT 120 is a co-requisite for CAT 204. CAT 204 is also available in the second semester for students who wish to go to Austria in the first semester.

CAT 402: CAT 401 is a pre-requisite for CAT 402. CAT 402 is a pre-requisite for CAT 420. CAT 420 may be taken in fall, spring or summer.
CAT Elective: CAT 401 is a pre-requisite for CAT 420. CAT 420 may be taken in fall, spring or summer. CAT 400 Internship can substitute for CAT 420 in the summer.

Double Major - Catechetics/Theology:
A Catechetics major can earn a double major in Theology by adding three (3) upper division Theology electives and the Theology Senior Thesis (THE 434) or coordinating Seminar (THE 435) to their Catechetics major.
Double Major - Outside of Theology Department
Catechetics majors pursuing a second major outside the Theology department are eligible to substitute THE 320 for American Founding Principles.
