Program Mission Statement
The Master of Catholic Leadership forms Christ-centered leaders. These leaders build and strengthen distinctive Catholic-inspired culture throughout organizations, the Church, and society. The Program is inspired by Franciscan University’s mission and its emphasis on specific Franciscan charisms:
- Ongoing conversion - Christ-centered leaders engage in ongoing conversion.
- Upholding the dignity of the human person - Christ-centered leaders see each person as theimage of God.
- Family - Christ-centered leaders live for others and give themselves to others in love.
- Dynamic orthodoxy - Christ-centered leaders honor and embrace dynamic orthodoxy.
- Evangelization - Christ-centered leaders witness to the Gospel in all actions.
- Hospitality - Christ-centered leaders welcome Christ who is in others.
- Joy - Christ-centered leaders trust in God’s providence in all situations
